What does each program include?
An individualized, daily exercise program specifically designed to address your limitations that you’ll do on your own in the gym or at home. The Arm Care programs will last 6 weeks to help build strength, mobility, core strength, and range of motion.
The programs utilize a cutting edge platform and will include video links, sets/reps, and notes on things to look out for as you do each exercise to ensure they're being done properly. Easy to read and all you have to do is follow the steps!
