An arm care program is crucial for overhead athletes who participate in sports such as baseball, tennis, volleyball, and softball. These athletes use their arms extensively and repetitively during training and competition which can lead to various arm injuries if proper arm care is not implemented. These programs are essential for the overhead athlete to prevent injuries, improve performance, speed up recovery, and improve overall health. It is important for overhead athletes to implement an arm care program into their training routine to maximize their potential and minimize the risk of injury.

Dr. Sam has been perfecting these arm care programs for years on athletes of all sports ranging from the little league to professional levels!

Arm Care programs start at $129 each for a self-directed routine, and $199 to add on a Zoom call with Dr. Sam and more individualized program.

What does each program include?


  • A 30 minute online video evaluation via Zoom with Dr. Sam (optional)

  • Unlimited communication with Dr. Sam Bell, physical therapist through our TrueCoach app.

  • An individualized, daily exercise program specifically designed to address your limitations that you’ll do on your own in the gym or at home. The Arm Care programs will last 6 weeks to help build strength, mobility, core strength, and range of motion.

  • The programs utilize a cutting edge platform via TrueCoach and will include video links, sets/reps, and notes on things to look out for as you do each exercise to ensure they're being done properly. Easy to read and all you have to do is follow the steps!
